Serious infrastructure, human-sized support.

The cheap option is anonymous and renews on you when you are not looking. The big clouds are powerful, but they are a maze, and when something breaks at 2 a.m. nobody there knows your setup. QILAK was built for that gap: a Canadian-owned company running its own infrastructure in Toronto, staffed by people who understand environments like yours.

Professional enough for business. Approachable enough for builders. Canadian, all the way down.

Everything we sell runs on infrastructure we operate ourselves.

One building in Toronto, our own cabinets, our own network gear, our own hands on it. That is why the person who answers can tell you what your machine is plugged into instead of filing a ticket with somebody else. Colocation, dedicated servers, VPS and managed hosting are four layers of the same stack, not four products bought from four suppliers.

Who you are actually dealing with

We do not publish team biographies or a founding date, and we would rather say so than fill the space with something we made up. The useful version is easier anyway: phone the number below and ask who runs the network, what our change process looks like, or why we would put your workload on the cheaper layer. You will get an answer from someone who does the work.

On the platform side we work with Connexora, the Canadian platform behind our billing, support and infrastructure tooling. How that partnership works

Tell us what you are running.

Bring us the awkward version: the legacy box, the half-finished migration, the thing that has to stay up. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
