A status page is only worth reading if it stays up when the rest does not, so ours runs on separate infrastructure. This page holds no feed of its own, and it will never claim the network is fine.

Current service state, maintenance notices and past network issues are published there, from the platform's own network-issue feed.

If something is wrong right now

Do not sit on a dashboard waiting for it to change colour. Phone is the fastest way to reach the people who run the hardware. Mail is better when you have detail to hand over: an IP, a timestamp, a traceroute.
